Hope Factory Tour for Predators
Posted: 28th June 2011
A Willy Wonka tour - of the bicycle variety
Forget Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, the cottages4you Pendle Predator is giving participants the chance to win a tour of the Hope Technology Factory - one of the UK's top cycling innovators.
The tour will see three lucky participants spend a day at Hope Tech seeing exactly what goes on behind the doors of the Pendle-based factory. They will have the chance to experience everything from looking at the process which takes parts all the way from initial conception, design and testing, through manufacture, to assembly and eventually despatch.
This prize is available to all those who enter 8 or more participants into the 2011 cottages4you Pendle Predator Cycle Challenge, which is taking place on 7th August. Teams that enter 8 participants will recieve their eight entry free, as well as being placed into a prize draw to win a chance to win a ticket for the tour around the factory.
"Hope Tech really is a cyclist's paradise, it's fantastic to be able to see how they go about designing and creating the amazing things they do. Everything is made in the Barnoldswick Factory with the exception of a few electronics, rubber seals and bearings and with state of the art machinery in a stylish building it really is something to get excited about", says MD of Pennine Events, Mark Sandamas.
Hope Tech is offering this prize as part of its partnership with the 2011 cottages4you Pendle Predator Cycle Challenge. The sportive ride around stunning Pendle and Bowland countryside is back for a 5th year and takes in some challenging climbs in the form of Waddington Fell and the Nick O' Pendle.
To claim your free eighth entry, and give yourself the chance of winning a tour around the Hope Tech Factory, contact event organisers Pennine Events on email@example.com and they will issue you with a discount code for you to use online.
