REGISTRATION CHARGE

Every member of your team who wishes to access the Velodrome grounds will require an accreditation which is charged at Euro 100 per person. Please confirm the number of accreditations you require by completing the Logistics Booking Form click here to download.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT

All riders and accompanying personnel will be responsbile for the full cost of their participation in the UCI Paracycling Track World Championships including accommodation, meals, airport transfers and registration fee.

Entry and Reservation Deadlines:

The deadline for entries is 17:00 on Sunday 4th October 2009. The Organisers will be unable to accept reservations for accommodation and meals from Teams not entered through the UCI at this deadline. To formally enter your riders please complete the UCI Registration Form (click here to download) and send to chantale.philie@uci.ch.

Reservations for accommodation, ground transport and meal packages must reach the Organiser at least 14 days before the event, therfore by Friday 23rd October 2009, using the provided Logistics Booking Form.

Accommodation and Transport Costs:

The cost per person sharing a twin room is £49 per person (Please note a twin room may consist of either two single or two double beds and is therefore suitable for two occupants).

The cost per person in a double room for single occupancy is £84 (Please note a double room will consist of one double bed only and is therefore suitable for one occupant only).

The rates stated above include a buffet breakfast, tax and VAT (15%), transport to and from the airport for arrival and departure and transport to and from the Velodrome for training and competition basd on a transportation schedule.

Payment Process:

Teams must make payment either via bank transfer or by providing valid credit card details to guarantee their booking. The Organisers will work closely with Teams to ensure that only the rooms that the Teams actually require remain booked. After 23rd October, those Teams that do not use the beds and/or meals reserved will be required to pay for these at a rate of £75 per room and/or £30 per person per day for meals.

Should, for any reason, the bank transfer or credit card transaction fail to reimburse the Organiser for accommodation, meals or transport reserved the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Whilst the Organiser will endeavour to meet any additional requirements requested after 23rd October it is not possible to guarantee that these requests can be met.
