Alba Series #5 2018: Pedal Power Road Race

West Calder, 11th August

The Alba Series returns for the fifth and final round, hosted by Pedal Power RT. This is a challenging 80 mile course will see riders take on the Lang Whang and Baads Mill climb.

Racing will commence at 13:30 and promises to be a brilliant spectical.

Scottish National Womens Series #

West Calder, 11th August

The forth race in the Women's Series will also be the Pedal Power Road Race. The women will race 35 miles, kicking off at 10:00. Could this demanding course shake up the standings within the Womens Series?

UCI Junior Track Cycling World Championships

Lusia Steel will be riding the Junior Track Cycling World Championships in Aigle, Switzerland. The championships commence on Wednesday and Lusia's first race is on Thursday.

Glasgow 2018 European Championships : BMX

Glasgow BMX Centre, Knightswood,11th August

Experience BMX racing at the new permanent Olympic standard BMX track in Knightswood Park. BMX races are exciting, fast-paced, relentless and all-action. Individual races normally last under a minute and are run off in quick succession, meaning that it’s an exciting non-stop day for riders and spectators alike.

Glasgow 2018 European Championships : Road Race

Glasgow City Centre, 12th August

Europe’s elite road cyclists will take to the streets of Glasgow for the last of the cycling events at the European Championships. The route consists of twelve laps of the city centre course, taking in the Montrose Street and Great George Street climbs. Tour de France Green jersey winner Peter Sagan is the favourite but Great Britain Cycling Team have a strong line up including Ian Stannard and Luke Rowe.
