The Scottish National Championships continue this weekend with the 2018 Olympic TT, again hosted by Edinburgh RC at their Tour of the Meldons Mountain Time Trial.

This early season classic hilly time trial which dates back to the 1930s, follows a brilliant scenic 25 mile loop over the Meldons hills near Peebles. The route takes in Blyth Bridge and incorporates a challenging uphill finish.

Event HQ is based at Eddleston Village Hall, with the start nearby - however you will be able to spot riders around the course which follows the A72 and round to Blyth Bridge, and onto Whim before heading back down towards Eddleston.

With over 90 riders on the start list it’s going to be a brilliant day out for both riders and spectators.
