On the 23rd of March 2018, Wales turns red to show support for the Welsh athletes who will represent us at the Commonwealth Games in Australia.

The day is an opportunity for the whole nation to unite and celebrate Welsh sport and show how we Inspire, we Respect, and we Believe in our Welsh sporting talent - whether at grassroots or elite.

Why Red? It's Wales' signature colour. It's in our blood. We live and breathe it.

Welsh Cycling are encouraging cycling clubs and groups to get involved during the day, by wearing red for their sessions or rides!
