Sport Relief is when the British public comes together to get active, raise money and change lives.

From the 17-23 March, people all over the country in workplaces, schools and sports clubs will be getting active and fundraising for Sport Relief to help tackle critical issues affecting people across the UK and the world.

Welsh Cycling is encouraging the Welsh Cycling Community to get involved; whether it's donating £1 to Sport Relief and dressing in red #WeareRed to support the the Welsh Athletes who will competing at the Commonwealth Games next month or organising fundraising challenges such as an endurance challenge. Set up an exercise bike and get sponsored to pedal ALL day in a wheelie sweet team relay. How many miles do you think you could cover in one day?

There are lots of ways to get to sign up your cycling club or group to be part of the week and you can download a free event pack and access lots of club tools to help!

If you are part of the Sport Relief Week - let us know on social media by tagging us @WelshCycling on both Instagram and Twitter.
