Welsh Cycling have announced a series of rider coaching sessions for Women and Girls which will take place across three Saturdays in September.
The sessions which will take place at Tredegar House in Newport, are absolutely free and ideal for females who’d like to improve their cycling performance and build confidence riding their bike.
HSBC UK Go-Ride Coach at Welsh Cycling, Naomi Johnston said “The sessions are a great opportunity for females to ride with friends and others of similar ability in a fun and safe traffic-free environment.
“We will work with them during the sessions covering cornering, braking, using gears correctly and riding in a group to further develop and perfect their technique.
1 hour session slots:
Saturday 2nd September, 11am-12pm
Saturday 9th September, 11am-12pm
Saturday 16th September, 11am-12pm
Participants must be able to ride a bike.
There are 15 places per session, so book your date of choice today to avoid disappointment.
