Following on from part one of the Blue Peter Track Cycling Challenge which showed presenters Barney and Radzi getting to grips with their training, this second video captures all of the action from the Revolution event where the two raced against each other.

Arriving at the National Cycling Centre for the last round of the track cycling series, Barney and Radzi were greeted by British Cycling coach, Charlie Evans – along with two bespoke Blue Peter skinsuits made especially for the occasion.

Following warm-up and nutrition plans for the night and with their own area inside the track centre, the presenters had the full elite cyclist experience. They also had incredible support from the audience, including some brilliant homemade signs from dedicated fans.

Charlie, Josh, Tilly and Sir Chris Hoy were there on the night to provide some last minute tips and encouragement, but it all ultimately came down to the three events of the mini omnium. Watch the highlights from the evening and hear just how Barney and Radzi felt about their challenge when we went to speak to them at the Blue Peter studio.
