This month sees the launch of Coaching Cymru, the latest project from the Welsh Sport Association to support and develop coaches across all sports in Wales.
The project is a free of charge development programme designed specifically for coaches for all sports, at any level, qualified or unqualified.
The Welsh Sports Association is initially piloting the programme in two areas, the West (Carmarthen, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion) and Gwent. Welsh Cycling is supporting the new programme, and would recommend cycling coaches in Wales to attend the launch events detailed below.
For 2 hours of your time you will receive:
- A goody bag full of specialist bits and bobs to help you coach
- Access to an exclusive online community
- Insightful seminars from experts
- All the tea and coffee you can drink
- An opportunity to connect with coaches from other sports
- A chance to shape the future of the programme and coaching in Wales
