Great Britain Cycling Team named for UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup in Koksijde

British Cycling has named eight riders to compete at the third round of the 2015/16 UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup in Koksijde, Belgium on Sunday 22 November.

Beth Crumpton, Amira Mellor and Hannah Payton will lead the team in the elite women’s race as they did at round two in Valkenberg, while Nick Barnes will contest the under-23 men’s event.

Four Great Britain Cycling Team riders will contest the junior men’s event; Mark Donovan, Calum Fernie, Dan Tulett and Ben Turner.

British riders Jack Clarkson, Ian Field, Nikki Harris and Helen Wyman will also ride the event for their respective trade teams.

The elite men’s and elite women’s races will be streamed live on the UCI YouTube channel on Sunday.

The event is the first of three back-to-back rounds in Belgium, with the series travelling to Namur and Heusden-Zolder in December before two concluding rounds in Lignieres-en-Berry, France and Hoogerheide, Netherlands in January.
