British Cycling would like to invite tenders from all gravity event organisers for the British Cycling National Mountain Bike Downhill Championships in 2016.
The dates have been fixed by the UCI to 16 and 17 July 2016. All applications are to be received by Monday 27 July 2015.
All applicants will need to show:
- Experience of delivering high profile and quality gravity events
- Attention to detail surrounding risk management
- Excellent knowledge of a range of venues and the uplift access
- Attention to detail when designing the course and course features
- Understanding of all current BC rules and regulations
- The ability to promote the event through web site, social media and local media channels.
- Knowledge of the cycle industry
- Strong links with land owners.
