National Development Manager, Welsh Cycling

Salary £30,000 per annum, plus pension
Full-time: 37 hours per week
Location: Newport, South Wales

Welsh Cycling, the national governing body for cycling in Wales, is going places.

Not only have Welsh riders won medals for Great Britain at the London Olympic and Paralympic Games, our recently-launched track trade team, Team USN, has already won medals at the UCI 2012 Track World Cup. We are currently preparing for the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow and the 2018 Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast. Our Development Programme is changing, with a focus on high performing, sustainable clubs to deliver youth development, coaching and competition.  We are also developing a new vision, strategy and business plan for the organisation.

Welsh Cycling is now seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual with excellent people and team management skills and a broad range of experience and knowledge.
