It is the responsibility of each individual to ensure that any images they submit have been taken with the permission of the subject and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws. Individuals must warrant that they own the copyright.

Copyright in all images submitted to British Cycling remains with the respective individual. However each member grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to British Cycling to feature any or all of the submitted images in any of their publications, their websites, emails and/or in any promotional material. Individuals must warrant that they are free to grant such a licence.

You understand that for editorial and operational reasons the images you submit maybe edited, modified and/or cropped when used.

No payment will be made will be made to individual for the provision and use of their photographs, individual photographs cannot be credited.
