Event: Junior Tour of Wales oversubscribed

The final round of the National Junior Road Race Series even with a 100 field is oversbcribed with entries. Organiser Talbot Thrush has requested that any riders who have entered the event but will not be able to race to contact him so that a reserve rider can take the place.
