Mountain Bike Organiser Support Info/Documents

Below are a small range of downloads designed to assist organisers.

We recommend that you use the British Cycling Entry Management System to register your event - this will make the whole process a lot simpler for you and the entrants! If you have any issues then do not hesitate to contact us at events@scottishcycling.org.uk , or to request an Event Registration Document if you feel that Online management isn't for you contact the same address.

Signing On Sheet- Entires on the day (landscape version) (Excel) - all riders MUST sign on prior to collecting their race number and riding on the day

Signing On Sheet - entries on the day (portrait version) (Excel) - all riders MUST sign on prior to collecting their race number and riding on the day

MTB & Time Trial Official Sign On Sheet (Word) | (pdf) -

Incident Report Form (Word) - this must be completed if there is an incident at the race which involved a third party.

Event Levy Form (Excel) - must be completed on the day of the race by the race organiser and signed by the commissaire - the amount of the levy due per rider is detailed on the form

MTB Commissaires Report Form (Word) | (pdf) - the event commissaire has to complete this form and send to Scottish Cycling within 7 days of the event.

Insurance Guidelines for MTB Events
Before taking out insurance for mountain bike events, organisers must ensure they can comply to the regulations stipulated within the Scottish Cycling rulebook.
