2019 UEC Track European Championships
Apeldoorn | Wednesday 16th October - Sunday 20th October
The Great Britain Cycling Team are in Apedoorn, the Netherlands this week for the European Track Championships. Scottish riders Neah Evans, Katie Archibald and Jack Carlin will be taking to the track with their sights set on bringing home medals. On Wednesday, Scotland's Jack Carlin took Silver in the team pursuit alongside Jason Kenny and Ryan Owens in a fantastic demonstration of strength and teamwork. On Thursday, the women's team pursuit quartet containing Katie Archibald and Neah Evans retained their European title, taking gold in a time of 4:13.828 against Germany.

KOS Island MTB Stage Race
Greece | Thursday 17th October - Sunday 20th October
Isla Short heads to Greece this weekend to finish off her season at the KOS Island MTB Stage Race. Isla has had an incredible 2019, racing at the Elite level and achieving great results at World Cups including a 14th place at Lenzerheide.

SX3 - MoCross
Sunday 20th October
Montvelo Cycling Club hosts Round 3 of the Scottish Cyclo-Cross Series. Montrose will once again be the venue after last year's debut on the course was so successful. Racing starts at 10am with events for all categories. This is the last Scottish cx race ahead of the HSBC UK National Trophy in Irvine next weekend, so lots of riders will be testing their form ahead of the best in the UK and further afield.
Super Saturday Round 1
Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome | Saturday 19th October
Track season has well and truely begun, and as the Scottish National Track Championships fast approaches riders will be looking to gain as much racing experience as possible. Super Saturday kicks off this weekend with all races taking place from sprint to pursuit.
