Lennoxtown, 14th October

Bioracer-Project Go

This year's Scottish National Hill Climb Championship will take place on the Crow Road, and has attracted a huge number of riders from across Scotland, keen to test themselves on this famous climb. At 5km in length, this longer, more gradual hill could favour strong, powerful riders, while the weather at the top of the Crow will be sure to impact on times.

Check out the segment statistics here.

Total climb 261m/857ft. Average grade: 5.3%. Max. grade: 10%.

In the women's event, last year's winner Anna Fairweather will be keen to retain the championship, while runner up Lynsey Curran will be keen to claim the title.

Over 40 men will tackle the Crow Road in a bid to knock two time champion David Griffiths off the top step of the podium. Bronze medalist Alistair Merry will also be riding and looking to improve on last years result. There will be competition however, with Commonwealth Games Team Scotland riders Grant Ferguson and Kyle Gordon towing the start line.
