Scotland will host two rounds of this year’s Tour Series, with Motherwell (Tuesday 15 May) and Aberdeen (Thursday 17 May) welcoming the event once again.
Many of the returning stars from the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games will take to the streets of Motherwell and Aberdeen still riding the wave of success of the most prolific overseas Games many of the Home Nations have ever had. Amoung those will be Team Scotland medal winners Mark Stewart and Neah Evans, both fresh from the podium in the Track Events from Australia.

The 2018 OVO Energy Tour Series comes to Scotland for round two, as Britain’s best men’s and women’s teams return to Motherwell for what promises to be another thrilling evening of racing. Look out for Gold Coast Commonwealth Games superstar and Gold Medallist Mark Stewart, whose Spokes team will be in both Motherwell and Aberdeen for round 3.

The 2018 OVO Energy Tour Series will stay in Scotland for the third round. This will be the second successive year that a round of the Tour Series will take place in Aberdeen after making its debut last year.
Double Gold Coast Commonwealth Games 2018 medal winner, Neah Evans spoke to the media about her excitement about competing at this event in Scotland:
“Since returning home from a successful Commonwealth Games for myself and also Scotland, I’m really looking forward to racing on home soil in Scotland. I’m especially excited about competing in the first-ever women’s round of the Series in Aberdeen - it’s very close to my family home so I will have plenty of support.”
