The Scottish National Junior Men’s Road Race Championship date has been changed to the 24th of September 2017.
The event which was due to take place on the 3rd of September unfortunately would not have been a viable event due to low entries. This affected both the strength and depth of the competition and the finances of the organising club.
Scottish Cycling has worked with the support of organising club, Velo Club Vitesse, and the junior cycling clubs to select a date which will maximise entries. All entries for the original date were contacted prior to the date change.
Scottish Cycling would like to thank Velo Club Vitesse for their hard work and effort to ensure the event continues to run and to the existing competitors for their patience while a new date was resolved.
