Scottish Cycling are delighted to announce that we will be supporting a team of Youth Boys and Girls to travel to compete in the exciting Prudential RideLondon Grand Prix that takes place as part of the Ride London weekend of cycling.

The Prudential RideLondon Grand Prix Youth criterium races are part of one of the world’s greatest cycling festivals and take place on Saturday 1 August.  The course is a two kilometre circuit around St James's Park in central London.

The race is open to A/B category Youth Boys and Girls and we are seeking riders interested to be considered to register their interest with Jamie McKeegan by email:  Jamie.mckeegan@scottishcycling.org.uk

The closing date for registration of interest is 5pm on Thursday, 9th July.

Please note that riders selected to compete at either the Inter Regional Road or Track Championships will NOT be considered for selection. The opportunity will provide an opportunity to other young aspiring riders.

Non-travelling reserves for the IRC’s will be eligible.  Selections for the IRRC’s will take place asap after the final qualifying event on the 12th July, to enable selections for the RideLondon event to take place by the entry deadline of 17th July.
