Scottish Cycling alongside Scottish Disability Sport have developed a training course for coaches that want to be more inclusive and work with athletes with a disability.

By the end of this course you:

  • Will understand some of the barriers and solutions to coaching cyclists with a disability.
  • Have gained skills to increase your ability to include cyclists with impairment.
  • Be able to adapt and apply your existing coaching knowledge to a variety of new situations.

We are offering this training/CPD free of charge on this occasion to any active and qualified cycling coach.

This is a great opportunity for clubs to train their coaches in an effort to be more inclusive.  Scottish Cycling’s aspiration is to have one club in each region that is open to all.  This training will show you it’s not as hard it may first seem!
