Scottish Cycling announces National Road Race dates for 2015!

Scottish Cycling are pleased to announce dates for the 2015 National category road races, which will form part of the newly named ‘Alba Road Race Series’.  This season offers great road racing opportunities at both Regional and National level, for all ages, on exciting courses right across the country.   

‘Alba Road Race Series’ is open to Elite, 1st, 2nd and 3rd category riders.  The overall Series winner will be the best performing athlete of the Series.

14 March                            Gifford Road Race

22 March                            Crit on the Campus  - Stirling

29 March                            Dick Londragon - Aberdeen

11 April                               The BalfRonde, Killearn

19 April                               Drummond Trophy  - Glasgow

03 May                                Dave Campbell Memorial Road Race - Kennoway

24 May                                Robroy Rumble 1 - Fintry

06 June                                Anderside Classic               - Glasgow

13 June                                Battle of the Braes - Callandar

14 June                                Crit Under The Castle - Stirling

05 July                                 Hugh Dornan Memorial Road Race - Rosneath

05 August                           Billy Warnock Road Race - Falkirk

08 August                           Lanarkshire Road Race

09 August                           Tour of the Glens – Dundee

19 - 20 September             Falling Leaves Stage Race - Ballater

We would like to thank all of the clubs and event organisers that are supporting this year’s events. Online entry is now available for Crit on the Campus, Dick Londragon, Drummond Trophy and Robroy Rumble 1, online entry for the remaining races will be open shortly.
