Resuts: 2013 WoSCA Road Race Development Series
Wednesday evening saw the presentation of podium prizes for the 2013 WoSCA Road Race Development Series. The Series, comprising of 12 Regional B races catered for exclusively for 3rd and 4th category riders with the aim of enabling riders to gain the necessary ranking points to move up a racing category. The Series successfully enabled a number of riders to move up to 2nd category.
Series prizes were awarded for the top three Womens, Juniors and Open categories. Taking first place in the open category was Gary Davidson of VC Astar Anderside. Only 8 points behind in secod place but also securing first place in the Junior category was Ruari Yeoman of East Kilbride Road Club. Taking the third spot in the open category was Allan Adams of VC Glasgow South.
A huge well done to all the riders who took part throughout the Series and a massive thank you to all the organisers, commissaires and everyone else who made the Series happen.
