South West Scotland Cycling Project 2013 Development Race Series

The South West Scotland Cycling Project race series continues to grow for 2013. This year sees the addition of a team Time Trial which kicked the series off on Saturday as well as the addition of 4th category only road races. With the numbers growing and the level of racing improving over the last two years, it was felt the time was right for the next level of development to be added to the series. So for 2013, 4th category races will be added and followed later in the day by a 2nd & 3rd category race.

This years series comprises of four circuit races, four grass track events, eight road races, four MTB dirt crit XC races, three mini downhills, a team time trial, three individual time trials and a hill climb.

2013 also sees the addition of women only races in the circuit races held at the Crichton Campus, Dumfries.
