Event: 1 February 2014
Report: Snowdon Sports

Securing his first win in the series, Jerzy Kuzminski led High Wycombe CC to a one-two in the E12 race at round ten of the Imperial Winter Series staged at the Hillingdon circuit in London on Saturday.

The 33-year-old from Watford took the win ahead of team-mate James Norris, who moves up to second in the overall rankings. Series leader Vince Halpern (Handsling Racing) consolidated top spot in the E12 table with third place in round ten.

Third place in round four was Kuzminski’s previous best, but with good placings in all six of the races he has ridden he has moved up the table to fifth overall with one round remaining.

Veteran Angelo Christides (unattached) took victory in the third cat race, the 53-year-old from Edgware holding off 16-year-old Tom Sefton (Didcot Phoenix) to secure his first win in the Series, while Andrew Rigg (Handsling Racing) was third.

And the fourth cat race was won by Patrick Brown (unattached) ahead of Rupert Baker (London Dynamo), while third spot went to Jason Braund (Imperial College CC).
