Luke Hattersley (St Ives CC) lapped the field to cruise to his first win of the season in the 2/3/4 race at round seven of the Pedalpushers circuit race league in Lincoln.

Hattersley, aged 18, from Cambridge road away from his competitors halfway through the race and went on to lap the field.

Coming home second was 17-year-old Oliver Maxwell and in third place was Carl Dyson, from Leicester.

In the 4th category race 16-year-old Daniel Storey took his first ever race win ahead of Andrew Logan, from Nottingham.

Linda Young from Mountsorrel won the ladies event ahead of Sam Thoy from Gainsborough, and in third place was Louise Collins (Beeston RC)
