Will Kelly and Jasmine Gray of the Mid Devon CC proved worthy winners of the South West youth race series, with the final round taking place on Paignton seafront.

The competition was instigated in 2010 to bring the region’s best youth racers together for a quality bike race - the season long points competition rewards consistency with events taking place across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.

Series co-ordinator Will Hornby thanked the organisers and riders for their continued support and looks forward to seeing the progression of this year’s riders. With more South West youths inspired to compete in National competitions and medals for Seb Dickens CS South Hams and Joel Kelly Mid Devon CC, the series is achieving its aims and putting the South West back on the map.

Organised alongside the overall prize is an endeavour award for up and coming riders who have demonstrated commitment and progression throughout the series. These awards went to the following:
