Adding to a run of high finishes in the earlier races, Dillon Byrne (Vanillabikes.com) finally made it to the top of the podium in the 15th round of the UclanSport series at Preston Sports Arena.

The Blackpool 21-year-old crossed the line ahead of Matthew Pilkington (Team Bglobal) with his owen team-mate, Julian Pearson in third place.

The support race for women and category three and four riders was won by Ellis Kirkbride of Border City Wheelers.
