The 2012 South West Youth Circuit Series will see an award of £50 each for the girl and boy who are chosen to receive the Endeavour Award.
The winners of the Endeavour Award will be chosen by members of the South West Youth and Junior Development Group after the sixth and final round of the competition in Paignton on the 17 August. Unlike most cycling awards were only results will be looked at this award will take into consideration the way in which each rider competes and therefore deserving of the 2012 Endeavour Award.
In a statement the event organisers explained: "As an example a rider from your club in their first year of racing may compete at every event and finish in sixth position overall after starting the season slowly and as they improve finish on the podium at the final event of the year."
