Welsh Cycling to host Women and Girls session at Llandow Summer Series

Welsh Cycling will provide Women and Girls Go-Race coaching sessions at two seperate Crit Races at Llandow, as part of the 2018 Llandow Summer series.

The sessions will take place at the events hosted by Cwmcarn Paragon on the 12th and 19th of June,  and will be led by HSBC UK Go-Ride Coach Naomi Johnston.

The sessions are aimed at riders who want to apply and develop their cycling skills in a race scenario.

The coaching session will last 45 minutes and end with a simulated race format also covering bunch riding, cornering skills, race starts and race tactics such as sprinting & attacking. 

Cost of entry for the session will be £10, which will include levy to W.C. and Llandow race circuit.

6pm Womens Only Go-Race Coaching Session

7pm Male Cat 3/4 Ladies E1234 40 mins

7.45pm E123 45 mins

Day Licences can be purchased on registration. (Not Required for the Go_Race Coaching session)

All Riders must be off site by 9pm
