The Bikesoup managed Event Village at Bike Blenheim Palace is proving to be a very alluring proposition for suppliers and retail exhibitors alike. The event, which takes place on the 18th and 19th August 2012 includes three sportives, a 20km Time Trial, the Brompton World Championship and Breast Cancer Care’s Pink Ribbonride.
The compelling package of rider participation, closed road family rides at a World Heritage Site, central location and very competitive exhibitor rates is proving to be very successful. With the event moving to a 2-day format in 2012, bookings are already up over 500% on the 2011. Event Village exhibitors currently number over 40 and well over 100 brands will be present at the event for visitors to engage with.
The event attracts a large cycling focused and family crowd, including 4500 participants in eight different events and a new 40km Off Road Sportive for the first time. Exhibitors will enjoy very affordable rates from £19/M2 that makes the event within the reach of start-up companies and global companies alike.

The event is unique on the British cycling calendar in that it offers many events and activities for cyclists but is also hosted at the World Heritage Site of Blenheim Palace, birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill with its many attractions and beautiful parkland to be enjoyed by the whole family. This year it will also boast a huge cycling trade and retail expo area in the Event Village. Exhibitors already signed up are using the event as a multi-channel opportunity by showing products, engaging with customers, offering demo rides, supporting retail presence and bringing Elite riders to the event.
The Event will also include a Look Mum No Hands café and will feature the Animal Bike Tour on both days. Rollapaluza will be hosting some frantic roller racing and Cognation will be on site with their Shoretrax MTB demo track.
