As the dust settles after another epic 24 hours of Mountain Biking at the Eastnor venue, near Ledbury, the trawl begins to find results, photos and video from the event. British Cycling @ Mayhem
British Cycling's membership team were on site throughout the event and signed up hundreds of new members - thanks to everyone who came along to see us, it was inspirational to see so many people enjoying the event. And congratulations to the winners of our Wattbike max power competition - they were:
40 + Gus 1172W and Jane 604W
16 + Adrian 1272W and Helen 745W
Under-16 Sam 731W and Elly 547W
Under-12 Jordan 523W and Megan 360W
British Cycling also staged a new Under-16 race on the main arena, a Junior race on the MTV demo course and 'mini mayhem' course for the little uns....all well supported and enjoyed by all!
A number of British Cycling staff took part in the event - a special mention goes to Neil Atkinson, who rode solo and completed 13 laps as well as offering some of the best encouragement to everyone he knew out on the course!
