Try Night Riding with Evans Ride It

Posted: 2nd December 2009 | Source: Evans Cycles

The latest instalment of the Evans Cycles Ride It series hits Dorking on the weekend of 5th / 6th December, 2009.

Saturday features the usual mountain bike organised ride, but with a twist in the afternoon; the thrill of night riding!  Using reflective arrows to light up the course, riders can take to the trail as dusk falls and sample night riding in a safe environment with the backup of the Ride It! support team.

For those who want to give it a shot, but don't have bike lights to hand, the Ride It! team have a selection of Exposure lights available for hire.  The range includes the popular Maxx-D, Toro and Joystick models, giving riders a great chance to experience the latest in off-road lighting technology firsthand.  Light set availability is limited, so be sure to get in touch with the team to book demo lights.

"Our first night ride in Reading was a huge hit with riders, we are looking forward to another great ride in Dorking" says Ride It! manager Dean Stacey.  "It's been awesome having this great range of Exposure lights for people to try out and get them into a really fun way of riding!" adds Dean.

Exposure light competition

Night rides are available at selected Ride It! events throughout the winter and at every location the team have an Exposure Joystick light to give away to one lucky rider.  Everyone who enters the ride is automatically entered into the draw.  Furthermore, another Exposure light can be won on the Ride It! Blog by answering three simple questions.
