British Cycling has confirmed the dates and venues for the 2020 HSBC UK | National Four Cross Series.

The six-round series will get under way at Chicksands, which has hosted the opening round for the last three seasons, in late March.

From then, the series will move on to Redhill, 417 Bike Park, Falmouth and Afan, before concluding at Harthill in early September.

The full schedule is below:

Round 1: Chicksands, 22 March

Round 2: Afan, 26 April

Round 3: 417 Bike Park, 31 May

Round 4: Falmouth, 5 July

Round 5: Redhill, 2 August

Round 6: Harthill, 6 September

A rider’s best five scores from across the six rounds will count towards the final standings, which were last year topped by Connor Hudson and Megan Wherry in the elite categories.

Chris Roberts, event organiser, said:

“2020 will be a great year of racing, with major track improvements at Redhill and continued improvements and lots of hard work taking place at all this season’s tracks.

“Thanks to great support from Schwalbe we are able to reward this hard work with a £1000 prize fund for the best track of 2020.”
