What kind of riding do you do?

I commute as much as this Cornish climate will allow - which racks up the weekly mileage nicely. Leisure wise I tend to go solo - exploring mainly around my local Penwith & Kerrier districts - to prepare for the half dozen or so 100+ mile sportives I like to do each year. Routes invariably vary as I ad lib as I go – rarely is a ride planned to any degree.

What do you enjoy most about cycling

Apart from actually just riding – noticing the health & fitness benefits – and I was pretty fit anyhow before cycling became a bigger part of my life.

What’s your favourite ride?

No brainer – St Ives to St Just via Pendeen

What’s your top cycling tip to share?

Keep getting back on!

If you had a tandem, who would you like to ride it with

Laura Trott (sorry Sue!)
