Media accreditation

Thank you for your interest in registering for media accreditation at a British Cycling delivered event. We try to accommodate as many members of the media as capacity will allow and will do our best to accommodate all genuine applicants and provide the best conditions we can for you to do your work.

Once received, your application will be considered and you will be notified as to whether you have been granted accreditation for that event.*

If you are a freelance journalist/photographer please advise which media outlet you have been confirmed to work for at the event. Please supply us with as much information as possible in the section below. Not supplying this information when applying may lead to your application being rejected.

*Media accreditation is granted subject to your acceptance of any terms and conditions relating to the event in question including those listed below and any additional terms described in the media manual which will be distributed before the event and available in the media centre during the event.

Terms & Conditions

1. Completion of the application form does not guarantee acceptance and acceptance at one event does not guarantee acceptance at future events.

2. Accreditation may be revoked at any time if your conduct does not meet the expected standards as communicated to you by the event organisers or race officials before and during the event.

3. British Cycling may require media attending its events to demonstrate that they have a minimum of £1 million public liability cover whilst working at the event. By applying for media accreditation at a British Cycling event you are declaring that you will be able to provide evidence of such cover should it be requested.
