Hawks BMX Truck Takes Off

Posted: 16th June

The first outing for the Hawks BMX truck went to Belmore School in Yeading last week and it proved to be a great success.

Hayes Hawks - who are an accredited Clubmark Go-Ride club - provided two coaches to work with two groups of 20 students. One group of year six pupils had a two hour session in the morning and the other group two hours after lunch.

Scott Dick from Hawks BMX Club said: "The whole day went well and both ourselves and the kids had a great time and we look forward to coming back next year. It's so rewarding for us to come and get involved in the local community and promote our sport."

The next stop for the Hawks Project is with Bourne Primary in South Ruislip, who will be coming to the Hawks Track in Dawley Road and then the Hayes Carnival on Sat 9th July.

The Hawks BMX Truck is available to hire to all youth groups, schools and events.
