This November, British Cycling Go-Ride Coach, Kim Meadows, is hosting Rider Development Sessions for U23s in Cyclo Cross. The sessions are being held at the same venue as the North of England Championships in December, so they can be used as part of a rider's training for this race.

Aimed at Under 23 boys and girls of any ability who are keen to develop their cross skills, the sessions are also a great opportunity to pre-ride the course and become familiar with the venue, before the North of England Championships.

The cyclo cross Rider Development Sessions take place on 11, 18, 25 November and 2 December at York Sports Village, from 7.30pm to 9pm and cost £5 per session.

British Cycling’s Go-Ride programme has launched Rider Development Sessions to help bridge the gap between youth and adult riding. The sessions have been developed specifically for both U23s and for groups of women and girls-only.
