New legislation relating to data protection called The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect in the UK from 25 May 2018.

Guidance is available here for affiliated clubs, groups, events and activity organisers, who will need to take steps to be in line with additional requirements arising from the upcoming introduction of GDPR.
