UCI TISSOT Track World Cup

Glasgow | Thursday 7th November - Sunday 10th November

Six Olympic medallists will ride as part of the Great Britain Cycling Team this weekend at the in Glasgow. This is the last time British riders will compete on home soil ahead of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. Several Scottish riders will be taking to the track in front of a home crowd this weekend and will be keen to take advantage of those extra cheers from a Glasgow audience. Fin Graham will compete in the Men’s c3 Pursuit, Mark Stewart will tackle the omnium, Katie Archibald will ride the Women’s Team Pursuit and the Madison, Neah Evans will ride the Women’s Pursuit and the Omnium and Jack Carlin will make up one third of the strong Men’s Team Sprint. John Archibald, Kyle Evans and Jonny Wale will ride the Men’s Team Pursuit for trade team Huub-Wattbike Vita Cococa.

Go-Ride Track World Cup Legacy Event

Glasgow | Friday 8th November

As part of the Track Work Cup legacy programme, 1000 children from local schools and cycling clubs will attend a fun day of cycling celebration at the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome. The Glasgow Go-Ride coaches will facilitate brilliant skills sessions throughout the day followed by the opportunity for participants to spectate the Track World Cup action in the velodrome. This programme is run in partnership with Glasgow Life and British Cycling with the objective of inspiring more children to get active and ride their bikes.

UEC European Cyclo-cross Championships 2019

Italy | Saturday 9th November - Sunday 10th November

Scottish riders Cameron Masson, Anna Flynn, Rory McQuire and Corran Carrick-Anderson will join the Great Britain Cycling Team squad for the UEC European Cyclo-cross Championships in Silvelle, Italy this weekend. Anna Flynn currently leads the HSBC-UK National Cyclo-cross series while Cameron Masson has been having a brilliant season racing in Belgium. It's sure to be a brilliant event.

SXC Round 4: The ount Stuart Trust

Bute | Sunday 10th November

Round 4 of the Scottish Cyclo Cross Series. Bute CX is held in the grounds of Mount Stuart House, Isle of Bute. A technical course of 3.25km with switchbacks and adverse cambers and some wooded area's.

Big Tree Campervans Tayside and Fife Regional Youth MTB Series 2019

The Big Tree Campervans Tayside & Fife Regional Youth MTB Series is a multi-discipline race series aimed at children & young people in the Autumn of 2019. All races are suitable for a hard-tail mountain bike & will serve as a local introduction to the sport of mountain biking. It would allow young riders to develop a range of MTB skills and try all disciplines of mountain biking.
