British Cycling has announced the squad of riders who will be representing the Great Britain Cycling Team at the final round of the Telenet UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup in Hoogerheide, Netherlands on 22 January.

Sunday’s event is the final major meeting before the 2017 UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships in Luxembourg on 28-29 January.

Fresh from regaining his British title at the 2017 HSBC UK | National Cyclo-cross Championships, Ian Field will make his fourth world cup appearance of the season at Hoogerheide, hoping to improve on his current position of 41st in the standings.

Current under-23 world champion Evie Richards will race in the elite women's event before she attempts to defend her under-23 title and jersey in Luxembourg.

The Malvern rider is joined by Hannah Payton and under-23 rider Ffion James in Hoogerheide while Nikki Brammeier, Helen Wyman and Amira Mellor (under-23) will also compete in the Netherlands for their trade teams.

In the junior men’s category, Great Britain will be represented by current junior European and British champion Tom Pidcock and fellow Junior Academy riders Dan Tullet. Ben Turner and Thomas Mein complete the line-up.
