British Cycling has announced the six athletes who will represent the Great Britain Cycling Team at Paris-Roubaix Juniors, the first event of the UCI Juniors Nations’ Cup on 13 April.

Matt Gibson, Matt Bostock, Joe Evans, Joe Holt, Gabriel Cullaigh and James Shaw will race in the 12th edition of the event over a 110.8-kilometre course.

The route includes 16 cobbled sections, totalling 28.9-kilometres, and a finish at the iconic Roubaix velodrome.

Last year, Great Britain’s Tao Geoghegan Hart finished third, matching Jon Dibben’s result from 2012.

Since the junior edition began in 2003, two British riders have won the race - Geraint Thomas in 2004 and Andy Fenn in 2008.
