About the Event

Info for Riders

U18 riders need to submit a completed parental consent form to the organiser pre ride. All U16 riders need to also complete parental consent form and be accompanied by an adult. A parental consent form can be obtained from the event organiser. Where else would you find all this? *Free Espresso at the start; *Stunning coastal route; *Free Mule Bar nutrition; *Timed event; *Free pint of Adnams & Suffolk pie at the finish! What's not to like?! The route itself starts at the Neptune Marina in Ipswich, rolls out across the Suffolk countryside to the beautiful coastal villages of Thorpeness and Aldeburgh, and then returns to the pubs and cafes of the Ipswich waterfront. The following day the UCS Ipswich and Suffolk Coastal Grand Prix takes place alongside the Ipswich SkyRide. This is a unique chance to spend a weekend in Suffolk, ride the sportive, watch the pro's race, and then ride on traffic free streets for the Ipswich Sky Ride.
