Event Overview

One of the events taking place next year to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Hull York Medical School (HYMS) is a charity cycle ride – BIKE@HYMS

This 24 hour ride will begin on Friday 7 June 2013 from Castle Hill Hospital, go up through the Wolds to Scarborough, the over the North Yorks Moors via Pickering to York, on towards Scunthorpe and Grimsby, over the Humber Bridge to Hull, finishing back at Castle Hill Hospital – a grand total of 250 miles!

There are only 12 places available on this ride. Each rider will be responsible for all their kit and will have to be up to what is certain to be an arduous trip.
