Revised for 2014 - Tempus Leisure is announcing the revised Cornwall Coastal Classic – a unique Sportive that travels the stunning coastline of Cornwall

This event has been revised from 2013 and it is planned to start on a Friday ending up completing the full distance on Monday.  A date has yet to be determined but interested riders are asked to contact Geoff Samuels at gsamules@tempusleisure.org.uk if interested.  All who express an interest will be offered a 10%discount in the 2014 event.

Due to the reduced number of days the entry fees is expected to be in the region of £100 for the whole event (£25 per day). A date has yet to be determined but it is anticipated to be in either September or October 2014.

The Four Stages will offer riders a very special experience. This will be as close as it gets to experiencing what the Pro's go through when competing in a major Tour. 

Subject to numbers ride groups will be set with a lead pace cyclist.  Entrants can select the ride pace group they wish to enter.

Throughout the four days, the Tempus Leisure Event Team will be support all riders and this will include mobile feed stations, mobile mechanic support,  safety motorbike escort bike riders and marshals and emergency pick up vehicles..

The Cornwall Coastal Classic has been postponed Due to lack of numbers the Cornwall Coastal Classic has been postponed to 2014. The event format will be reviewed and it is likely that the length of the event will be reduced to a long weekend - 4 days. If you are interested in registering your interest for 2014 please email Geoff Samuels at gsamuels@tempusleisure.org.uk declaring your interest. Geoff will be happy to answer any of your questions. All 2013 entrants will be offered 20% discount into the 2014 event and anyone emailing Geoff this year expressing their interest will also be given 10% discount. The 2014 Coastal Classic will still offer a full coastal riding experience. 85 per cent of the route will follow the coast road. This will be more of a challenge as it is intended to still complete the 700 kilometres over the revised 4 days.
