The Lainston House Hotel Sportive is an event that promotes the Hotel's new venture into providing cycling routes and tours. Lainston House is one of Hampshire's finest Hotels, which is surrounded by quiet, country roads, perfect for cyclists. We have 40km, 80km and 120km routes which suits beginners to experienced riders.
Registration and Post Event entertainment will take place in the hotels kitchen gardens. This is where you will see all of their home made produce as well as their impressive lineup of falconry birds, including a male Golden Eagle!
This ride will include a complimentary tea/coffee voucher, refreshment stops, assistance from Hargroves Cycles, Sweep Cars, medical aid and CTUK will also be giving each rider a complimentary BBQ after the ride!

This event is a non competitive sportive and all riders must abide by the highway code. Please bring: Helmet Spare inner tubes/basic repair kit/pump Clothing/Spare Clothing Suitable for the weather Water Riders under 16 years can ride free however must be accompanied by an adult at all times and submit a completed parental consent form upon registration on the day. After the ride, keep your race number and bring it to our next event to gain a discount.
