Hosted in the grounds of Westbourne House school, this event was conceived to raise money for the local and international charities supported by the school and its parents and children, which this year are:

• PSDS – A local charity Providing Support for people with Down’s Syndrome and their families
• The Smile Train – An international charity that provides cleft palate surgery and training to doctors abroad
• Cambodian Landmine Relief Centre – Provides a home, medical care and education for children affected by landmines

There is no obligation to raise money for the charities in addition to paying the entry fee, but fundraising is optional and would be very much appreciated, so the school has registered with 'Virgin Money Giving' to enable you to set up your own fundraising page on-line. 

Info for Riders

The perfect challenge for the long distance cycling newbie, seasoned sportive riders who don't always want it really hard, and all those people up for a healthy fundraising challenge in the beautiful country lanes of the W.Sussex & Hamps border. The bottom loop is used by FUN and STANDARD and there is nothing too difficult about this section. The STANDARD route heads NW beyond the A3 at the first feed station to take in climbs and spectacular views of the South Downs. The STANDARD route returns to the feed station and rejoins the FUN route, which rolls gently back through the countryside to the finish.
