Welcome to the 2013 edition of the well-established sportive around Salisbury Plain.

The event is an Army run ride with all the proceeds going to SSAFA the official Forces Charity.

3 routes await all abilities so anyone can come along and have a try.

The Long route has a unique opportunity to ride on roads not normally used by the public, (this year there will be no off road sections).

The Midi route takes in part of the long ride and all rides come together to finish on the final loop of 30 miles all starting and finishing at Tedworth House grounds by the polo fields.

REGISTRATION and EVENT HQ

Please follow the car park and Event HQ signs as there is no post code available. Registration will open at will 07.30 and close at 10.00

Please sign on and collect your handlebar number and timing information. Please ensure to fix your number correctly for recognition by the event photographer and organisation officials.

ENTRIES ON THE DAY

We will accept all entries on the day and everyone is guaranteed a ride.

Please note all on the day entries will incur a £5 surcharge.

We have camping facilities available but must be booked in advance contact bookings@wheelsinwheels.com

FEEDS

LONG ROUTE                      
FEED1 at Market Lavington Village Hall at 29 miles

MIDI ROUTE                        
FEED 2 covers both LONG and MIDI routes at TESCO’s car park in TIDWORTH at 67 miles for the LONG and 32 miles for the MIDI route.

All feeds will have energy products bars and gels and fruit and cake plus savouries. Water and energy drinks will also be available.

THE ROUTE

All routes will be fully arrowed with extra warning signs for your and other road user’s safety. Please adhere to these at all times and ride to the HIGHWAY CODE.

Please ensure you take your correct route at the splits which will be clearly marked.

MECHANICAL SUPPORT

We will have support from Shimano and the BMW motorcycle plus a broom wagon if all else fails.
