Info for Riders

10 am-registration/intro to day/groupings, 10.30-11 Taster sessions- bike skills(cornering/starts, flat bmx track practise, velodrome style/ cycle speedway, bmx track time with gate practise) 12-12.45 lunch, 12.45-2 Repeat of morning session. 2-3pm BMX racing (ability grouped) with medals. The taster sessions will be on a rotational basis. Riders will need to bring gloves, wear long sleeves/trousers. Bike/helmet if they have one but there will be some available to borrow, bring a packed lunch, drinks, wet weather clothing if appropriate, e mail to book/check for availability.
