The Lochs Sportive will take the rider on a unrivaled route on quiet roads with spectacular scenery passing many sights of historical interest. From the event start point at Lochaber High School riders will cross the famous Caledonian Canal and head out west to Glenfinnan where Bonnie Prince Charlie raised his standard in 1745 .There you will be challenged by the first climb of the day,the route then winds its way along the very picturesque Loch Eilt before descending to sea level at Loch Ailort.
